About the Workout Plans & Programs

Custom Workout Plan (Includes Consult)

A personalized workout program tailor made for you and your lifestyle. If you pursue this option we will have a discussion (either in person or over the phone) and figure what plan works best for you. It doesn’t matter if you work full time, are a student or have other daily commitments- we will find out what works best for you! In the program will be exercises that will help you prepare for your fitness goals, based on what’s required of you on that specific test. The whole program will workout around your schedule. Note: This program is recommended for someone who has little to no exercise experience OR has a difficult schedule to workout around.

Downloadable PDF Program

If you decide to purchase this option, you will receive a link via email that will grant you access to a program I made for anyone pursuing that specific fitness test. The program has been built around actual fitness test requirements and provides workouts that can help you get ready for them. It’s a generalized program, meaning it gives you a recommended weekly schedule for workouts and rest days. Note: This program is based on Manitoba’s guidelines for fitness testing. It is recommended for someone who already has some workout experience and can independently handle working this program into their daily routine.
